About the event
The UMSI Montessori Fundamentals Workshop offers an overview of Montessori philosophy and positive discipline, as well as how to use Montessori materials authentically. This workshop is facilitated by expert Montessori educators from around the state with decades of experience as teachers, school leaders, and parents.
Schedule
Day 1 will focus on child development and the Montessori philosophy;
Day 2 will focus on positive discipline and classroom management
Days 3 & 4 feature in depth demonstrations of key Montessori curricular materials as well as Q&A sessions with experts
